I’m Kristy Ryan, a Non-Profit C-Suite Executive passionate about driving social impact, empowering women in leadership, and advancing food justice. As Chief Operating Officer of Move For Hunger, I lead nationwide efforts to combat food insecurity and reduce food waste—mobilizing logistics networks to deliver millions of meals across the U.S. and Canada.

With more than 15 years of experience in the third sector, I specialize in turning vision into action: optimizing operations, scaling growth, and building people-centered systems that create measurable, lasting change. My academic background spans Sustainable Enterprise Leadership, International Business, and Public Administration, complemented by advanced research in sustainability ethics and credentials, including SHRM-SCP and Advanced CNP.
